The set-up with textile capacitive touch sensor, adafruit soundboard and amplifier and textile speaker coil is working. Only accidentally I found out that the speaker coil also works as a touchsensor. When you touch the coil instead of the blue hairy sensor, the sound gets triggered as well. So sensor and actuator could be the same.
